4 Data Collection
4.1 Log Files
Internet Protocol (IP) addresses are used by the website to process the electronic connection and communication and to extract statistical conclusions regarding website traffic and management.
4.2 Cookies
Cookies are requested from the internet browser to identify the user/visitor and from certain services and pages on the website. They are stored on the hard disk and in the browser without any access to any document or file. These files are used to facilitate and improve access to specific services, pages and for statistical purposes. Some of the data contained in these files concern browser identity, language settings, user preferences. Deleting them can easily be done at any time, (browser settings).
4.3 Service Station Operator Data
Service Stations Operators’ personal data collected under the contractual agreement between them and ETEKA S.A. under Article 6 par.1 (b) GDPR shall be processed by the company only for the following purposesand always in accordance with the principle of proportionality:
- Compliance of the company with a legal obligation (e.g. for tax purposes).
- Properfunctioning and effective organization of the company.
- Creation and updateof the service station’s operators file.
- Immediate and effective settlement of any issues that arise in the proper performance of our duties.
4.4 Data Retention
Personal data is retained for the necessary period for the aforementioned processing purposes and in any case, cannot exceed the time period stipulated by applicable national, European and international legislation.
5 Data Subject’s Rights
Upon request, an exported file with personal data can be extracted from the website. Personal data can be erased at any time, except data required for administrative, legal or security purposes.

The user / visitor has the right to file a complaint to the Personal Data Protection Authority (ΑΠΔΠΧ).
